It is suitable for multi-coat and repair applications due to high
cracking resistant. It is suitable for application on coated and steel door surfaces.

Hardener- HP900 : It is recommended for faster drying time.
Dust free: 20 – 25 min.
Touch dry: 70 – 80 min.

): 16 – 17 h.
Stackable (1000 kg/m2
): 40 – 44 h.
Thinner - TA500: Preferable for over 25°C

SURFACE PREPARATION
The best performance is achieved to be applied on previously
sanded surfaces which are precoated with GENÇ polyurethane,
polyester or UV sanding sealer. Surface must be clean and
dust free; remove all dirt (dust, wax etc.). If the topcoat is
desired to be colored, ZD900 Gençmix Varnish Colorant can
be used as the defined in the technical data sheet. PM901
Pearl Paste can be used to obtain required effect as shining.
It is recommended to apply only glossy varnish on the first
coat and the next coat with pearlescent or 2 or more coat
applications.
